You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method within a few business days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. In the rare event of a defective or damaged product, we will cover all related return costs.
